高壓帶電電纜識別儀,由信號發生器和接收識別鉗及指示表三部分組成,用接收識別鉗信號檢測器時其它電纜線上檢測到的信號則要小很多且方向相反,通過電表指示幅度及方向,很容易判定被測電纜。
工作原理:
高壓帶電電纜識別儀發生器將周期性的單極性電壓脈沖饋入要識別的電纜中,該電纜需要在遠端接地,以保證有足夠大的電流流過電纜。該系統要設計成返回電流不要從同一電纜中返回,能做到這一點,饋入電纜中的脈沖電流的方向可做為一明顯的識別標準,流出去的電流僅從這一根電纜通過,所有其它鄰近電纜中流過的都是返回電流,但它們的極性相反。除了電流方向這一實際差異外,電流幅度也是一識別特征,流出去的電流僅通過一根電纜、而返回電流可通過幾根電纜、這意味著流出去的電流比流過其它電纜的返回電流大。
接收機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)任務是探測(ce)流(liu)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)方(fang)向以及它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)大小(xiao)。為達到(dao)這一(yi)(yi)(yi)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)被(bei)用(yong)作(zuo)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi),它(ta)帶有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)放大器(qi)(qi)(qi)并(bing)串聯(lian)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路中,傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)鉗住被(bei)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)流(liu)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)產生的(de)(de)(de)磁場在(zai)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)線圈(quan)中感(gan)應(ying)(ying)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)極(ji)性(xing)由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)方(fang)向和傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)線圈(quan)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向決定(ding)。為了得到(dao)明顯有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)方(fang)向的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)極(ji)性(xing),對一(yi)(yi)(yi)束電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)中所有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)進行測(ce)試都(dou)采取相(xiang)同正(zheng)確的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向。傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)線圈(quan)中感(gan)應(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)在(zai)表頭中顯示(shi)出來,如果傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)按上述方(fang)式連(lian)接,指(zhi)針擺動(dong)方(fang)向可顯示(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)方(fang)向,即只有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)流(liu)出的(de)(de)(de)這根電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)指(zhi)針向一(yi)(yi)(yi)邊(bian)偏,這根就是要(yao)找的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)。所有(you)其它(ta)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)只流(liu)過返回電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),指(zhi)針向另一(yi)(yi)(yi)邊(bian)偏、或無(wu)脈動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),指(zhi)針不偏轉。接收機(ji)上的(de)(de)(de)放大調(diao)節器(qi)(qi)(qi)可調(diao)整信號強度。

操作(zuo)步(bu)驟:
1. 接發射(she)源:
將發射卡鉗A的(de)紅、黑兩(liang)個接(jie)線插頭插在發射源對應
的(de)(de)兩(liang)個紅、黑(hei)接線(xian)柱上,將發(fa)射(she)卡(ka)(ka)鉗(qian)A卡(ka)(ka)在被識別(bie)電(dian)纜上。發(fa)射(she)卡(ka)(ka)鉗(qian)A上的(de)(de)箭頭指向電(dian)纜終端。被識別(bie)電(dian)纜兩(liang)端應(ying)可(ke)(ke)靠接地,對于不運行的(de)(de)電(dian)纜,也可(ke)(ke)以(yi)將兩(liang)端的(de)(de)芯線(xian)接地。
2. 打開發(fa)射源和接收機(ji)電(dian)源開關核對方向:
在距(ju)發(fa)射(she)卡鉗(qian)兩米以外(wai)的(de)被識別電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)上(shang),將接(jie)收卡鉗(qian)B卡住該電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan),其卡鉗(qian)上(shang)的(de)箭頭一定(ding)要(yao)指(zhi)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)終端(duan)。然后核(he)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)方(fang)向和測試(shi)連接(jie)方(fang)向。此時(shi)接(jie)收機電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表(biao)(biao)指(zhi)針一定(ding)是向右偏轉,同時(shi)有聲光提示(shi)(shi)。如(ru)圖所示(shi)(shi)。如(ru)果(guo)將接(jie)收卡鉗(qian)B的(de)箭頭指(zhi)向發(fa)射(she)源端(duan),將不會有聲光提示(shi)(shi),而且電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表(biao)(biao)頭指(zhi)針向左(zuo)偏轉。記住接(jie)收卡鉗(qian)表(biao)(biao)頭偏轉方(fang)向。
3. 識(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie):在(zai)識(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)點,用(yong)接(jie)收(shou)卡(ka)鉗B對各條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)進行(xing)識(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)。在(zai)進行(xing)識(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)時(shi),一(yi)定(ding)要將接(jie)收(shou)卡(ka)鉗上(shang)的箭頭(tou)始終指向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)的終端方向(xiang),逐條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)進行(xing)卡(ka)測。在(zai)被識(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)上(shang),接(jie)收(shou)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表頭(tou)指針(zhen)一(yi)定(ding)是向(xiang)右偏轉(zhuan)(zhuan),同時(shi)聲(sheng)(sheng)光(guang)報(bao)警(jing)提示(shi)。而(er)在(zai)其余(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)上(shang),接(jie)收(shou)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表頭(tou)指針(zhen)一(yi)定(ding)是向(xiang)左偏轉(zhuan)(zhuan),沒有聲(sheng)(sheng)光(guang)報(bao)警(jing)提示(shi)。接(jie)收(shou)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表頭(tou)指針(zhen)向(xiang)右偏轉(zhuan)(zhuan),同時(shi)聲(sheng)(sheng)光(guang)報(bao)警(jing)提示(shi)的,就是要尋找(zhao)和識(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)的那(nei)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)。這個測試結果具有wei一(yi)性。也就是說,該電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)溝里無(wu)論(lun)有多(duo)少條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan),當用(yong)接(jie)收(shou)卡(ka)鉗B對各條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)進行(xing)識(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)時(shi)只有一(yi)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)(要尋找(zhao)和識(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan))上(shang)的接(jie)收(shou)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表頭(tou)指針(zhen)是向(xiang)右偏轉(zhuan)(zhuan),同時(shi)聲(sheng)(sheng)光(guang)報(bao)警(jing)提示(shi)的。
