工作原理:
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)識(shi)別儀,發(fa)生器將周期性(xing)的(de)單(dan)極(ji)性(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓脈(mo)沖饋(kui)入要(yao)識(shi)別的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)中(zhong),該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)需要(yao)在遠端(duan)接地,以保(bao)證(zheng)有足夠(gou)大的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流流過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。該系統要(yao)設計成返回電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流不要(yao)從(cong)同(tong)一(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)中(zhong)返回,能做到(dao)這一(yi)點,饋(kui)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)中(zhong)的(de)脈(mo)沖電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)方向可做為一(yi)明顯的(de)識(shi)別標準,流出去的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流僅從(cong)這一(yi)根(gen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)通(tong)過,所有其它鄰近電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)中(zhong)流過的(de)都是返回電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,但它們的(de)極(ji)性(xing)相反。

工作(zuo)方(fang)法:
帶電電纜識別儀,電纜識別儀信號發生器由交流電源供電,它對已斷電的、要識別的電纜加上固定周期單極性的直流脈沖。發生器輸出線連在電纜芯線和接地點或地釘上,該電纜線鎧裝與大地斷開,芯線在遠端與接地點或地釘相連,該回路可傳導脈沖電流,它可由識別儀上的表頭讀出,電流大小由環路電阻決定,環路電阻應盡可能小。識別儀接線圖如圖所示
發射(she)機與接(jie)(jie)收(shou)機開(kai)始正常工作后,傳(chuan)感(gan)器線圈中感(gan)應的電(dian)(dian)壓在接(jie)(jie)收(shou)機表頭(tou)中顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)出(chu)來,表頭(tou)指針擺動(dong)方向可顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)流方向,即只(zhi)有電(dian)(dian)流流出(chu)的這根電(dian)(dian)纜指針向右偏并且(qie)擺幅(fu)較(jiao)大,這根就是要找的電(dian)(dian)纜。所有其它(ta)電(dian)(dian)纜只(zhi)流過(guo)返回(hui)電(dian)(dian)流,指針向左偏并且(qie)擺幅(fu)極小(xiao)。接(jie)(jie)收(shou)機上的輸出(chu)調節旋鈕可調整信號強度。

1.儀器供(gong)電(dian)
電(dian)纜識別儀主機由(you)交(jiao)流220V供電(dian)。
2.傳感器
傳感器是一電(dian)(dian)流變換器,鉗口內(nei)部尺寸為120mm。當電(dian)(dian)流流過測試電(dian)(dian)纜,在傳感器內(nei)感應(ying)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)幅度由電(dian)(dian)流強度決定(ding)(ding),其極性由電(dian)(dian)流方向決定(ding)(ding)。
3.安全測(ce)試
一定要進行(xing)以下(xia)安全測試,以避免(mian)造成(cheng)人員傷亡或損(sun)壞(huai)電(dian)纜識別儀及其它設(she)備。使用電(dian)纜識別儀時,要對被(bei)測電(dian)纜進行(xing)帶(dai)電(dian)檢查,并(bing)確保(bao)該電(dian)纜處于無電(dian)狀態。
將儀(yi)器接入被測電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)前(qian),要(yao)對(dui)其附近末加保護(hu)的儀(yi)器或電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)進行(xing)安全檢(jian)查,并(bing)將這(zhe)些帶電(dian)(dian)部分(fen)用絕緣材(cai)料(liao)進行(xing)安全保護(hu)。
