使(shi)用方法:
1.定(ding)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian):在(zai)(zai)沖(chong)擊(ji)高壓(ya)發生器對故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)作高壓(ya)沖(chong)擊(ji)時(shi) (沖(chong)擊(ji)高壓(ya)幅度(du)要足(zu)夠高,以(yi)保(bao)證故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)充分(fen)擊(ji)穿放電(dian)(dian)), 將聲(sheng)音(yin)震(zhen)動(dong)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器探(tan)頭放置在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)路(lu)徑 (或故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)本體) 上(shang)方(fang),撥動(dong)電(dian)(dian)源開關,接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源,定(ding)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)儀置“定(ding)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)”擋。一(yi)(yi)方(fang)面通(tong)過(guo)耳(er)機(ji)地(di)震(zhen)波,另一(yi)(yi)方(fang)面觀(guan)察距(ju)離(li)顯(xian)示(shi)屏,還可通(tong)過(guo)磁表頭觀(guan)察磁信號的(de)(de)強弱。在(zai)(zai)未聽(ting)到(dao)(dao)地(di)震(zhen)波時(shi) (測聽(ting)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距(ju)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)太遠),每(mei)(mei)沖(chong)擊(ji)放電(dian)(dian)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci),距(ju)離(li)顯(xian)示(shi)屏計(ji)數(shu)并刷(shua)新一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci),每(mei)(mei)次(ci)(ci)顯(xian)示(shi)滿量500.0米,在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)上(shang)方(fang)沿(yan)路(lu)徑不斷移動(dong)傳(chuan)(chuan)感探(tan)頭,直至聽(ting)到(dao)(dao)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)地(di)震(zhen)波聲(sheng)音(yin)(此(ci)時(shi)表明距(ju)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不遠了)。當(dang)聽(ting)到(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)地(di)震(zhen)波聲(sheng)音(yin)足(zu)夠強時(shi),距(ju)離(li)顯(xian)示(shi)屏將顯(xian)示(shi)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)距(ju)離(li)數(shu)。此(ci)時(shi)便可將傳(chuan)(chuan)感器探(tan)頭直接(jie)按數(shu)顯(xian)距(ju)離(li)數(shu)放在(zai)(zai)相應處(chu)。在(zai)(zai)該處(chu)前后移動(dong)探(tan)頭,找到(dao)(dao)數(shu)顯(xian)值小(xiao)處(chu),此(ci)處(chu)即為故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)***位(wei)置。且此(ci)數(shu)顯(xian)值也是電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)當(dang)地(di)大致埋(mai)設深度(du)(此(ci)時(shi)耳(er)機(ji)中聲(sheng)音(yin)應是大,而且每(mei)(mei)次(ci)(ci)聽(ting)到(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)聲(sheng)音(yin)均(jun)與(yu)數(shu)顯(xian)的(de)(de)刷(shua)新顯(xian)示(shi)同(tong)步(bu))。
2.電力電纜故障測試儀承修承試,尋測電纜路徑:此時在欲測電纜始端加入15KHz調幅路徑信號源,在儀器后側的輸入端口插入15KHz探棒,并垂直于地面,定點儀置“路徑”檔,用耳機 15KHz斷續波的聲音,且觀察磁表頭磁信號的強弱。當探棒移到電纜正上方時聲音小,磁表頭擺動幅度小,探棒下方即為埋設的電纜,當探棒偏離電纜正上方時聲音大,磁表頭擺動幅度大。沿埋設方向探出的每個小聲音點的連線即為該電纜的***埋設路徑。
3.測試電纜埋設深度:在測到電纜的路徑電力電纜故障測試儀承修承試時,將探棒頭垂直緊貼地面上的聲音小點使探棒沿電纜路徑傾斜45度(此時聲音變大),然后再沿電纜路徑垂直方向平行移動探棒,同時用耳機聲音,當再次聽到小的聲音時,探棒在地面上移動的距離即為電纜的埋設深度。
注意事項:
1.在有條件的情況(kuang)下,一般(ban)應用(yong)(yong)閃測儀首先粗測出電(dian)纜故障距(ju)離,再***測定(ding)電(dian)纜埋設(she)路徑方向,然后才用(yong)(yong)此(ci)儀器實(shi)施定(ding)點(dian)。按(an)此(ci)程(cheng)序將確保(bao)快(kuai)速(su)準確故障定(ding)位。千萬不要在路徑不明(ming)的情況(kuang)下實(shi)施定(ding)點(dian)。
2.在無(wu)閃測(ce)儀(yi)粗測(ce)故障距離(li)的情(qing)況(kuang)下,應先用本儀(yi)器***測(ce)定路徑(jing)后再實施定點。
3.探頭及主機屬精密儀器,絕不可(ke)跌落和(he)碰撞。
4.不要輕(qing)易拆卸探頭及(ji)儀器,以(yi)防人(ren)為損壞。
