一、5KVA油浸式試驗變壓器產品結構

油浸式交流試驗變壓器(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯式鐵(tie)芯結構(gou)(gou)。初級繞組饒在鐵(tie)芯上,高壓繞組在外,這種同(tong)軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁通(tong),因而增大了繞組間(jian)的耦合(he)。產品(pin)的外殼制成與器(qi)芯配合(he)較佳的八角形(xing)結構(gou)(gou),整(zheng)體外形(xing)顯(xian)得(de)美觀大方。其外部結構(gou)(gou)圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)1,內部結構(gou)(gou)圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)2。

二、5KVA油浸式試驗變壓器工作原理

油浸式(shi)交流試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接入 (為(wei)本公司(si)生(sheng)產的試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套(tao)設備(bei),詳細資料(liao)請(qing)見其具體使用說明書)系列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調(diao)節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YD試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級繞(rao)組,根據(ju)電(dian)磁(ci)感應(ying)原理(li),在試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可(ke)獲得試驗(yan)所需的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺油浸式交直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)試驗變壓器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)4,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓套(tao)管中裝有高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)壓回路中作(zuo)半波整(zheng)流(liu),以獲得直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電壓。當用一短(duan)路桿(gan)將高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時,可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓,作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出(chu)狀態;取(qu)消短(duan)路桿(gan)時,作(zuo)為直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸出(chu)狀態。

試驗變壓器高(gao)壓套管中的高(gao)壓硅堆未畫出,其(qi)原(yuan)理與上圖相(xiang)同(tong)。

三臺試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)串級(ji)(ji)獲得更高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)接(jie)線原理見圖5。串級(ji)(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)有很大的(de)(de)(de)*性,因為整個(ge)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置由幾(ji)臺單(dan)臺試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)組(zu)(zu)成,單(dan)臺試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)容量小、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低、重量輕,便(bian)于運(yun)輸(shu)和安裝(zhuang)。它既然可(ke)串接(jie)成高(gao)出幾(ji)倍(bei)的(de)(de)(de)單(dan)臺試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)組(zu)(zu)合使用,又可(ke)分(fen)開成幾(ji)套單(dan)臺試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)單(dan)獨使用。整套裝(zhuang)置投資小,經濟實惠(hui)。圖5中,在(zai)*級(ji)(ji)和第(di)二(er)(er)(er)級(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)每個(ge)單(dan)元試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)中都有一個(ge)勵(li)磁(ci)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)A1、C1和A2、C2。在(zai)三臺串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)基(ji)本原理中,低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源加在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)Ⅰ的(de)(de)(de)初級(ji)(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)a1x1上,單(dan)臺試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)都是(shi)V。勵(li)磁(ci)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)A1、C1給第(di)二(er)(er)(er)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)Ⅱ的(de)(de)(de)初級(ji)(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian);第(di)二(er)(er)(er)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)Ⅱ的(de)(de)(de)勵(li)磁(ci)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)A2、C2給第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)Ⅲ的(de)(de)(de)初級(ji)(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。第(di)二(er)(er)(er)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)Ⅱ和第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)Ⅲ的(de)(de)(de)箱(xiang)體分(fen)別處在(zai)對地為1V和2V的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位上,所(suo)以箱(xiang)體對地是(shi)絕緣(yuan)的(de)(de)(de),試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)Ⅰ的(de)(de)(de)箱(xiang)體是(shi)接(jie)地的(de)(de)(de)。這樣*級(ji)(ji)、第(di)二(er)(er)(er)級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)對地的(de)(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)分(fen)別為1V、2V、3V;其(qi)額(e)定(ding)容量分(fen)別為3P、2P、1P。

泄露(lu)試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電阻(zu)R1選擇在(zai)額定輸(shu)出(chu)電壓時(shi)(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電流(liu)不超過高壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)大(da)(da)整流(liu)。如電壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)大(da)(da)整流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時(shi)(shi)用于(yu)60kV的(de)試驗裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限流(liu)電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)容量和(he)沿(yan)面放電距(ju)離。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的(de)電容量很(hen)大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的(de)操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應(ying)先檢(jian)查被(bei)試(shi)品是否停電(dian),接(jie)地(di)放電(dian),一切對(dui)外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)接線(xian)后(hou),應(ying)復查無誤后(hou)才可加(jia)壓。應(ying)特別(bie)注(zhu)意檢查高壓設(she)備(bei)及引線(xian)與地(di)、與操(cao)作(zuo)人員(yuan)的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)距離,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的(de)(de)外(wai)殼是否(fou)可靠接地(di),要按安(an)全(quan)規(gui)(gui)程中所規(gui)(gui)定的(de)(de)內容進(jin)行試(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的(de)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安(an)表。必要時應(ying)分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀(du)取(qu)各級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安(an)表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗過程(cheng)中,應密(mi)切監視被試品、試驗裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿(chuan)、閃(shan)爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源后(hou)應將被(bei)試品(pin)及試驗裝置本身充(chong)分(fen)放電。
